Continuous improvement is a strategic business imperative.The Company gained third party certification to BS 5750 Part 1 in 1991. Since then, it has continually improved its operational practices & performance.    

Today the Company operates a fully integrated Business Management System, which encompasses Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management.   In the true spirit of learning & continuous improvement, this is benchmarked and continually updated, which includes input from numerous streams across the business, including but not limited to the Business Assurance Manager, Management Team & Directorate.

Software development processes / procedures gained certification to the Tick IT Guide Issue 5 in June 2006. This has been retained ever since.

The Company is registered with Achilles UVDB Verify and Link-Up, and is an NICEIC Approved Contractor.
