Adam Bensley BSc (Hons) IEng MIET Adam is a graduate and time-served Mechanical Engineer whose specialisation before joining the Company was in the maintenance, rectification and test of mechanical, hydraulic, fuel and propulsion control systems. It is there that he gained his vast experience in Project, Operations and Engineering Management in a variety of incredibly challenging environments. Recruited in 2012, Adam heads-up the Company's Chemical Dosing Systems Division. He is responsible for ensuring that Project Managers and Engineers fulfil their commitments in an efficient and effective manner, and that Customer Service is always the key customer outcome. | ![]() |
Tony Melnyk BSc (Hons) CEng MSOE MIPlantE Tony is an apprentice trained, graduate and Chartered Engineer. He has worked in a wide variety of industries, including the manufacture of motors, control gear, musical instruments, double glazing, packing and large enamelled tank storage units. As Production Manager, Tony is charged with the management and development of the Company’s Production System. Prior to joining the Company in 2012, Tony has been previously employed as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, Project Engineer, Maintenance Manager and a Consultant. | ![]() |
Stephen Youngs BA (Hons) Stephen is a BA business studies graduate and joined the Company in 2012. He has spent over 20 years in Industry, most recently at Evander Group Ltd. Joining Evander in 2003, Stephen quickly became Audit & Compliance Manager and was ultimately responsible for the delivery of an extensive Business Assurance Audit Programme in conjunction with the implementation and maintenance of key certifications. His role also encompassed the delivery of Business Disaster and Continuity Planning as well as responsibility for Evander’s extensive property portfolio. Prior to Evander Group, Stephen was employed by Marston and Langinger. There he held various managerial positions at the Company’s Joinery Division, latterly as Operations Manager. | ![]() |
Andrew Pilkington BTech (Hons) Andrew, who has a Bachelor of Technology in Electronic & Engineering gained from Bradford University joined the Company in 1997. After a period of time in the role of Test / Commissioning Engineer, Andrew’s comprehensive technical knowledge provided the basis for rapid promotion. Andrew’s vast array of experience and leadership of the Systems Integration Team has enabled the business to deliver some of the most challenging and large-scale ICA / SCADA projects. As Head Project Manager (Systems Integration) Andrew is responsible for ensuring that all SI Personnel fulfil their commitments in an efficient and effective manner, with customer satisfaction being the primary targeted outcome. | ![]() |
Bryan Swan Bryan served an indentured apprenticeship gaining T3 grade in Mechanical Engineering. Bryan has a wealth of engineering and project management experience, particularly regarding site work notably in the Water Industry. As Technical Services Manager, Bryan is responsible for all product testing (including Customer Factory Acceptance Tests) and all site-based activities (including installation, commissioning and service). Before joining the Company in 2011, Bryan was Installation Manager for Ovivo (formerly Eimco Water Technologies). Prior roles include Technical Author and Contracts Engineer. | ![]() |
Richard Brodowski Richard began his career specialising in control systems for Power Services / Generation and Chemical Bi-Products for a major UK chemical producer. He then had a career change and went into food production management and eventually headed the UK carton beverage department for one of the leading food manufacturers. He later became an Engineering Director responsible for the design, manufacture and the installation of Chemical Dosing Systems in Power stations, Nuclear, Food and the UK Water Industry, before joining Lintott in 1999. As Principal Engineer, Richard is responsible for the development of Designs and Standards for the Company’s Chemical Dosing Products. He is favourably referred to both internally and externally as a Chemical Dosing guru. | ![]() |
Jason Hart MSc BEng (Hons) Jason has been with the Company for over 10 years and has undertaken a number of engineering roles within the Chemical Dosing operation, culminating in his current position as Technical Manager. Jason’s role is to provide technical leadership so that technical aspects (process, mechanical and control / functionality) fully comply with all contractual, procedural and legislative requirements. He has a deep passion for providing the best possible value-engineered solutions. | ![]() |
Craig Skipper Craig was promoted to IT Manager in 2011 following 5 years in the role of IT Engineer. His managerial responsibilities were widened in 2012 when procurement was incorporated. After completing a HND in Computing in 2001, Craig gained comprehensive experience in the selection, installation, administration and maintenance of IT Systems in a range of business sectors. In addition to ensuring cost effective and highly ethical procurement which meets the Company's objectives, Craig is responsible for maintaining and developing the Company’s ICT infrastructure and information security systems. | ![]() |
Frances Davis Frances joined the Company in October 1978 initially as Secretarial Service Manager. Frances quickly gained experience working with the Senior Management Team and began to specialise in Human Resources, which was followed by completing a formal CIPD qualification. Frances is responsible for the development of the Company’s tools and procedures for the selection, training, assessment and development of employees, while also overseeing the Company’s leadership and culture and ensuring compliance with employment law. | ![]() |
